(“the Company”), a leading player in domestic real estate management for institutional investors, announces a transformative change in its shareholder structure. Founded in January 2005 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Agility Holdings Inc. (AH), the Company has been an integral member of the PhillipCapital Group (PhillipCapital) since January 2016. Today, the Company embarks on a new chapter with the formation of a strategic partnership with Gaw Capital Partners (Gaw Capital), a renowned real estate fund management firm co-headquartered in Hong Kong and Singapore.
This development follows a comprehensive organisational restructuring completed on October 29, 2024. Under the new structure, Vanda Property Holding Limited (VPH), a related company of PhillipCapital, and an affiliate company of Gaw Capital, each hold a 45 per cent stake in the Company. The remaining 10 per cent is held by Mutual Links Corporation (ML), whose majority shareholder is the Company’s founding president. The restructured ownership is a testament to the strategic alignment and shared vision between PhillipCapital and Gaw Capital to foster innovation and accelerate growth.
