We establish and maintain our management attitude which can execute our asset management business according to the scale of real estate fund being managed. Concerning compliance, we also follow a system with mutual checks and balances which function appropriately and effectively.

 

Ensure the independence of funds

Due to our viewpoint of neutrality to real estate funds, we aim to perform optimal management of assets in a fair and unbiased position, being independent from any particular fund scheme related parties such as lenders, servicers and investors.

 

Prohibition of "Same-Boat" investment

Our asset managers do not perform any “Same-Boat investments” with real estate funds. We specialize in the business of pure asset management.
